Welcome to ‘Behind the Stable Doors’!

This is a love project and after a lot of thought and time I’ve decided to pursue the dream and go for it! 

Behind the stable doors is about the people and stories of New Zealand racing and to take a look behind the stables, the people and the stories. 

This blog is about showcasing New Zealand’s racing people and participants and tell the stories of what makes our industry what it is. Through some tales of history about horses and people and our current champions (both people and horse!) I’ll show all about New Zealand racing. We’ll also make a focus on educating general public and owners about what goes on in our stables and who are the people training and looking after our horses
